Truck was returned here on Saurday. Looking at the receipt I just received i was charged for an extra day saying it was returned on Monday. Need to have my money returned to my account. Person working at Iowa City location said all I had to do was drop keys in the drop box.

Shree BGabriel didn’t want to take the time to help me fill out the return information on line. Told me he’d do it for me. I called UHaul that night and he hadn’t done it.
pam bArea was clean and easy to find but the lot is NOT big enough for anything bigger than a cargo van, parking a full size moving truck would be difficult if it was possible.
