How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff had no idea how to check in a client. They did not accompany me to find trailer. They did not check if all lights etc. were working. If fact they said it was my responsibility to find trailer and check lights and equipment. It took over 45 minutes to finish paperwork and get on the road.
Sol TI was charged over 60 dollars for miles over the 79 free miles , but only drove 106. Then I was told to move the truck, after paying,clear across a large parking lot on a100 degree day. Then bring the keys back to the counter.
James KIt is at the grocery store. It took awhile to get help but the person did a good job with helping me.
