How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff didn't help instructed only to back trailer into extremely tight spot. No clear instructions on return process or paperwork. No communication.
Alexander CExcellent customer service!
Michael Mwhile i was quotes $20 for the vehicle rental, i was actually charged $50 instead. I did not like the bait and switch.
Arlene HI didn’t appreciate that I was told that the trailer was available at a location closer to me and then after I booked you changed the location on me. I had no problem with the new location but I don’t appreciate being deceived.
