The ratchets were very hard to use. They definitely needed either some oil or to be replaced.

Sherri EThe 1st location I called for the reservation couldn't locate a Lebanon, TN location for drop off. They directed me to Nashville, Tennessee. The agent at my Niles pick up location did locate the Lebanon site. There are 3 that I found. I didn't get my receipt after drop off & parking was very tight there. Agent was friendly at both locations. I was referred to Niles by a former customer. I had a bad experience at the South Bend IN on Western Ave.
melanie dThe only complaint I have is the estimated cost was about $40 shy of what we were actually charged. I feel that most people would want to know up front the actual cost, not an estimated cost.
Teresa MWe will definitely be using this location again for trailer rentals. We were very pleased with the service and the trailer. It is quite an ask to rent a trailer for 5 days and drop off on the closed day, but Jesse was quickly responsive and very understanding of our situation!
