How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was great. The first truck the 20” air conditioner did not work so we were given another and it was great!
Rhonda VHooked up the trailer by myself, while a worker watched me when I waved him over he got in the truck & left. Once I got trailer hooked up, opened rear door & found 3 pallets & trash in the back, which I emptied right there on the lot, stopped by office & advised trailer was not clean & the pallets are lying out on their lot.

John DI had the best customer service! They asked me if I might need to rent an appliance dolly or did I need to get boxes or furniture pads. I did rent the appliance dolly and I'm so glad I did. I even moved some furniture with it too. At the time I had not even thought about needing these items. I will rent from this U-Haul again. Thank you Robert for all your help!
