The location service was horrible. The guy blew up in anger with me because I asked which truck to take. He was hostile and insulting, cussed me out. I apologized for the misunderstanding and he continued to insult and humiliate me. At minimum, I deserve an apology from him and Uhaul for the derisive experience that was unjustified and unwarranted.

Cristi PThe young man didn’t answer the phone with “Gameover Towing” just “hello” and seemed hesitant to answer my questions. He was unhelpful, unsmiling and reluctant to come out to show us where to park. It was not a good ending to our trip. Perhaps he was having a bad day but he could have at least smiled and said hello when we said it to him.
