Clean the truck before people get it. There was vomit on the passenger side door. Tried to change quote. Didn’t print off paper work. Argued about the quote. Charged a $150 deposit even though I had a visa debit.

The app sucked for drop off it kept reloading back to the beginning to start over with pictures. The pick up process with the employee was great and quick. Thee uhaul worked great just wish the drop off app wasn't malfunctioning it took about 20mins to complete drop off because of the app glitching.
