When we arrived to pickup our Uhaul at 7:30 there was no key left in the box. We had to wait for the office to open at 9:30, putting us behind schedule. Upon getting the keys we noticed there was only 1/4 tank of fuel. When returning the vehicle we requested compensation for our trouble and the extra 1/4 tank of fuel we were leaving the truck with and only received an “I’m sorry”. We have rented from U-Haul many times but will never use this location again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe agent went through my phone I thought she was writing a review on Google Maps. But she was actually going through my photos. I did not appreciate my privacy being invaded. Thank you will not recommend this location.
Jimmie WI rented the truck for 24 hours but returned less than 12 hours after pick up and was charged for 2 days plus 2 days of insurance. I only put 30 miles on the truck. I called to dispute it and was told to give them 72 hours. This is my first experience at this location.
Teresa YN/A. Great customer service, easy to use system, uhaul was in great condition.
KELIN HThe website is horrible. It didn’t allow me to take a picture of said vehicle. This prevented me from forward progression through the website.
