Was the worst U-Haul I’ve ever been to I was never told the right location to pick up. I was told the wrong location to pick up the key. The guy at the counter didn’t know he was supposed to give me the key and I waited two hours on top of that the van was misfiring and had a very low front tire. They then charged me double for the rental.
