Drop off location was closed; phone number given was a fax machine. No clear space to drop off / park truck.
Lori BI have no issue with the location. However, the 9 foot van rental smelled with a strong barn odor. It was not exactly ideal for moving my daughter's possessions to college. The mirror adjustment controls were not functional.
