How U-Haul Reviews WorkFacility and personnel were fine but I couldn't access the facility at the time the rental was due back. The time on the rental return was 9am and they had a 24/7 hour drop box at the street but they had a gate that was padlocked and I couldn't get in and there's no place to put the equipment by the highway. The business doesn't open until 10am and the guy didn't show up for work until 10:10am, so I had to sit for over an hour waiting for someone to show up.
MARCUS RI was able to leave truck in front of the gate and drop off keys without issues
John TEverything went smooth; easy pickup and drop off. Owner at location with excellent customer service.
