The drop off facility was in the middle of no where. It’s actually someone’s front yard. It’s the scariest location I have ever been to and as a single female would never return. No one was there working and I had to go looking through open air repair garage to find someone who had no clue what he was doing. The kid told me to and I quote” just leave the keys in it and leave”. I said I needed proof of return and was lead into a office where another guy had to call Some girl named Olivia to help. He handed me her cell phone done she promised to text me with a return receipt once she got back and never did. This was actually one of the worst experiences o have ever had.

MICHAEL BPassenger side tail light flicker did not work…something with wiring harness. Staff extremely helpful and engaged. Location a bit off the main drag but easy to find.
