I was 5 minutes late for the return time because I thought by doing the load share the phone rep told me she was giving me an additional day. This location charged me a full day for 5 minutes. And $15 service. $61 for 5 minutes. Absolutely rediculous.

Giri BMake sure cargo door lift mechanisms are in working order before you rent trucks
Gary KNo personnel were working when I dropped off the truck. But the place was nice and safe feeling.
ben sI say the person wasn't helpful because when I told them that the truck had leaked and our stuff got wet, he offered no apology or a way to make it right. Just thanked me for letting me know then proceeded to charge me for going about 10 miles over the limit.
