The issue is that UHaul rentals are being handled by an app now that is rediculously bad. The staff on site helped with the rental but it took way longer then it should have. Will not rent from UHaul again.

Steve KWhen a customer returns a truck, trailer or dolly, make sure it is logged in as RETURNED! I rented a truck for what I thought was going to be fur 6 hours, but was charged for 3 additional days because the return was not completed when I returned the truck. After going to the rental location and speaking with the person there, as well as the manager, the 2 people at U-Haul, I’ve had one day rental returned and am waiting on the rest to be returned.
