Employee told me he would check in the trailer. He didn’t and I had to pay a late fee after turning the trailer in a day early.

The personnel at this location did their best for the customer and the changes that I threw at them. My only improvement would be to have a dedicated portion of the business to the Pick Up and Drop Off. I would do business with the proprietor again, but the location might not be for everyone.
Bobby MI honestly can’t believe this is a real uhaul location. It’s not a furniture outlet. There were bars on the front door with a lock on them, which gave no indication that anyone was working there or that anyone was allowed inside. A strange man popped out of his car to seemingly try to help with the return. I was able to get it returned using the uhaul app. It is in a terrible neighborhood. Use anywhere else.
