She was helpful and friendly. I have found if you are renting a car hauler, you need to know how to hook everything up and take it off to unload. It is also a store, so busy but she made sure to check that where I dropped the car hauler was ok to leave where I parked because I couldn’t back it up. Very friendly!

Randy S4 X 8 Trailer was pretty old, but preformed good. The bottom rear door hinge was broken off but didn't stop the door from closing.
Mark L1 lady working at a gas station check in very slow. Had to hook up dolly myself. Went to load my van and one strap had been cut short so I had to go out of my way to another facility where they changed the strap. And because I was a few hours late returning I was charged an additional day. Not happy
Donald NThe truck needs servicing on the brake. The brake was very hard to push. Everytime you press on it made a big noise.
