The lady that rented me the uhaul was very pleasant, friendly. I picked up the uhaul and left my car at the store to move my items. No one told me I was supposed to park across the street and not at the store. I was left a very hateful message on my voicemail to go get my car or it will be towed. She did not leave her name or anything just at the place where you got the uhaul. That was uncalled for. Maybe let people know where they should park their car when they pick up the uhaul. It's stressful enough when trying to move and don't need to worry about your car getting towed because you were never informed about parking across the street. BETTER COMMUNICATION NEEDED AT THIS RIZZY STORE 2735 HWY. 231. THANK YOU!

Steve BShe was helpful and friendly. I have found if you are renting a car hauler, you need to know how to hook everything up and take it off to unload. It is also a store, so busy but she made sure to check that where I dropped the car hauler was ok to leave where I parked because I couldn’t back it up. Very friendly!
