Midstate, Hoppes, is fantastic. 5 stars. This review is good because they did well. Sad that the structure of this review is set up to inadvertently make it seem Uhaul is getting 5 stars. Uhaul gets 0 stars. The reservation process and the lack of caring as to making the customer scramble to get what they need at the last minute is terrible. UHaul as an organization and being helpful is bottom tier.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkStaff are very friendly and made the process easy
Logan RThe two gentlemen with whom we dealt were friendly and accomodating. The drop-off was quick and painless.
Timothy KFriendly and professional staff. Made the whole process easy.
Micheal MApp updates possibly. Took over an hour to get the app to work and stayed on the phone with customer service 30 mins trying to figure it out. Definitely not a location problem, nice clean truck!
