We had to rent on a Sunday when the location was closed, and we had to use a Lock Box. Despite reading the instructions provided and watching the video the pick-up and drop-off was tedious and anxiety producing. Thank goodness for Azya Williams at the 24/7 help line we finally got through it. Would not do this again.
