The issue was not with the location, rather than the scheduling and 1-800 U-Haul. They had multiple changes to my reservation. We had it scheduled to pick up in Parma and I just randomly decided to call and check in a few days before well they had rerouted me to pick it up in Boise which is 40 minutes from where my location was . Also , Did not alert the location that a flat tire needed to be repaired until late afternoon the day before it was due to be used. Also we had reserved an appliance dolly and moving blankets, and this location has none of those supplies. And he told me I don't know why they keep reserving these for people we do not carry them at this location. This was a very poor experience from U-Haul as we had much better service in the past.

yalonda eThe first trailer had a bad tire then the 2nd trailer had bad wiring and no trailer brakes. They tried to say it was our pickup that had the problem. It was not.
