The rental invoicing is a real nightmare....I spoke with Ed, who is the facility's owner/manager. He ran through, price of the vehicle for the day, mileage charge, and tax, I spoke to him later in the day and I asked him about the fuel levels.... He told me to return it but the same level as pickup. I took pictures before and after, and you people charged me a shit load more, 4 gallons more, when I drove the vehicle 23 miles. How F'd up is that? You're a bunch of fraudsters. Little did you know, I took pictures on the mileage out and in, along with fuel gauge levels. After you wouldn't do anything to reverse the charges, I call American Express and put a stop to the payment all together. You're not shaking me down! Don't rent from U-Haul unattended locations and especially the one located on mclean boulevard AKA route 20 in Paterson.
