The app/technology process where the customer pays and does all of the work stinks! I will take a human being please to serve me, not an app. What do you do when a phone dies? Yeah, that happened to me. Horrendous experience

Carlos LFavorable experience.
ken bReturn process was a little odd since I had to put the key in a special box next to the key return box. Left me worried if I misplaced the key, even when I didn’t.
