No one was at the pick up location when I first attended at 10 am when they open. I called several times, left voicemails and never received any call backs. I finally got someone at 2:30 pm. I had hired some people to help me move and had to pay someone for doing nothing. I left with the truck and noticed that the driver side door wouldn’t shut properly but then the employee had already left. However, the customer service representative I spoke to over the phone was excellent and very professional.

Arash BThe front of the trailer and the floor were covered in semi-dried urine. An air freshener had been used to cover up the smell but once you open the door open for a bit the odour from the urine was over powering. Took an hour to wash the floor and wall. Totally disgusting! I have rented from U-Haul before different location without issue. This trailer hasn’t even been swept out!
