There need to be clear instructions on the app and on the outside of this facility for after hours drops regarding where to park the equipment. We called the number and it went to voice mail. Only after a few other tries did we get a text response and further instruction on exactly where to park the vehicle.

The Uhaul trailer we received had grease on the floor. It looked and smelled like garbage water had been sprayed on the walls. The upper corners were attached by what appeard to be JB Weld and hot glue. If I would be not have been in a hurry to move across the country, I would have rejected it outright.
Joe BMake your app easier to navigate and use. Customer service was hard to reach at all stages of my process from pick up to drop off to trying to extend my rental. I will definitely not be using uhaul anymore for my moving and towing needs.
