I reserved a 10 ft U Haul 11 days prior to needing to pick up at this location since it was closest to my home but was instead sent to the Palmview location for pick up. It was confusing since there was a 10 ft truck on the property the date I needed to pick up and also the day I returned. I don't see this as a fault of the employees but rather the U Haul scheduling system.
