your corporate greed has made this the last time I will rent from U-Haul. I found out I could have rented a similar vehicle from Home Depot and the mileage was included. While I can appreciate cross country moves where vehicle not returned charging for mileage. anything local should include at the very least 100 free miles like it used to. The mileage cost me more than the rental. You lost a customer today. the location and people where professional and good this is all about the greed of U-Haul.

Catherine CThe U Haul app would not work for me to pick up my rental. I had to go through the website. Took me twice as long to complete than it should've.
