The operator is very friendly and helpful, making the process pleasant and simple. I would highly recommend this location to others! Some other large locations are very time consuming and insist we do parts of the process that, in the past, was their responsibility. We generally avoid them.

Customer service in charge person was very helpful and call me when he got the truck. For next customer it is better to call the location to be sure the truck is ready before you go there.
tharia sI brought the vehicle as agreed, the place I went to drop my stuffs didn’t have anything to clean some dirts in the truck. I got there and pleaded with him to give me a brush to clean. He declined and quickly brought a brush. I took the brush from him and started cleaning with the brush, he quickly started taking pictures. I made sure I cleaned it, but I was surprised he charged me cleaning fee. This is so wrong, I didn’t even checkout the truck before this incident. I need my refund of cleaning fee
