The drop off location was fine. The gentleman we gave the truck back to was friendly and professional. Enjoyed talking with him and returning the truck to that location. For unloading our stuff at the rental house in Lehi, UT we again went with one of the movers recommended by U-Haul. The movers were three young men who were nice enough but they were not careful with moving some of our furniture around in the house. Their moving resulted in there being two or three noticeable gashes in the wood laminate flooring. Also, they tried assembling my couch and a part of the couch was forced into the incorrect part and I was able to fix the error but it may or may not have caused damage the metal framing of the couch itself. When I asked how long they had been movers they said it was their first time and that their normal job was as painters. I would not pay to use those movers again and I would not recommend them to someone else.

the guy who handled my return was incredibly rude, demanding, and completely mistreated me. I understand theres standards to be upheld for the trucks but the way he spoke to me was not ok and I'd like to speak to a higher up about his behaviour.

She provided excellent customer service and was very personable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire experience. This was my second time renting a U-Haul from this location, and I plan to return for any future rental needs. Highly recommend!.
