The gentleman at the counter couldn't speak English so he needed to call on the phone to get someone to assist me. When I asked him how to lower the ramp he never mentioned that you needed to raise it after the extension in order to make it level to the truck. There were no bungie cords to tie things down with. When I returned the truck no one seemed interested in reviewing the truck to verify wear and return of the dolly. This is my first experience with UHaul. Think I will try Budget next time..

I’ve never rented a moving truck before and everything went very smoothly with the process. She wasn’t sure about a dolly being provided and went out of her way to locate one in the store and provide it. The dolly was in the truck like ordered. Thank you I wish I knew her name.
