The convenience store had only one employee serving a steady stream of customers, making it difficult for him to provide me with the attention I needed without constant interruptions. This situation highlights the need for better staffing to ensure that every customer receives prompt and thorough customer service, and was not able to leave the store long enough to properly wait on me without interruption.

SUZANNE RThe original reservation had no vehicle, transferred me to another location. Raggedy vehicle needs oil, owner would not take the insurance off (my car insurance covers uhaul) overcharged for miles. Any raggedy person can become a dealer for UHAUL. Absurd.
