The employee that assisted us with pickup was completely unprofessional and complained about having to help us, in front of us. We couldn’t understand what he was saying, then when we got the keys we were looking for 2 appliance dolly’s which I paid for, and we only got 1 utility dolly after he told us to “look through ALL the u-haul trucks” to find. While we were looking for the dolly he just drove off in his personal car and left us there. Additionally, there was no clear place to drop off the keys either. Horrible experience.

The lot where the trucks are located is very small so I was unable to take any pictures at the location. So I had to move the truck somewhere else, but by the time I got somewhere to take the pictures I wasn’t able to anymore. The ramp for the truck was broken and removed from its slot and placed inside the truck, I was able to fix it myself with my own tools to be able to place it back into the truck because once my truck was full I wasn’t able to place the ramp back inside the truck. The inside of the truck was dirty and not swept on pickup and the person there did not do an inspection on pickup.
RYAN CMileage leaving was incorrect, should have been 6070.3 and fuel was almost empty at 1/8.
