They handed over the SUV with less than half a tank of gas; I returned it with the same amount it had when I received it, yet they charged me an extra $31 for fuel.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGot charged for gas when I couldn't put any in due to damaged/vandalized gas cap. They had homeless people hiding behind vehicles in their lot after hours.
Harry TWe drove 3 hours and they gave my truck to someone else. So by the time we found the guy that had my truck on my card 3 hours later finally got the truck and I didn't receive a discount for the hassle.
Kristy CVery friendly staff
Dodi NMake them repair the tfucks instead of sending them out knowing theres problems. I had to load then unload and return the truch wait on another one and reload. Wasted my whole day and caused immense stress on a day that was already very stressful. Then they basically told me oh well they needed it back on time because it was reserved!!!
