Theresa GI was charged $20 for being 5 minutes late; only to ensure gas was placed in the vehicle. This location basically nickel and dimes returning customers without being understanding. The equipment rental process was not explained so I was either going to be charged for the equipment I didn’t receive or for being 5 minutes late. I wouldn’t really recommend this location it’s better to rent from a genuine U-haul location.
