AMANDA CI was told I had the truck for 24 hours. Didn't pick the truck up til 6:45 pm Friday, returned it Saturday at 1:00pm. Then they tell me they have no cash on hand. Told me to take truck to another location and the won't charge for extrax gas and mileage. Get to second drop of location, they charge me for being late returning it and for gas and mileage.
Johnny SI was charged for almost three times the mileage that I used with no explanation as to how.
Damiah CLock box location and instructions were difficult to find and located away from the parking area. Parking area might be really close to a home's driveway.
