I was charged $20 for being 5 minutes late; only to ensure gas was placed in the vehicle. This location basically nickel and dimes returning customers without being understanding. The equipment rental process was not explained so I was either going to be charged for the equipment I didn’t receive or for being 5 minutes late. I wouldn’t really recommend this location it’s better to rent from a genuine U-haul location.
OLGA TDiscontinue at this location!!! I rented a 20' truck. The truck was disgustingly filty on the floor and in the cup holder. Peanut shells and trash were? on the floor. The trailer portion had live roaches crawling around and on my items. There were also dead roaches that were dried up on the floor that I didn't notice until after I saw the live roaches following unloading. The trailer had an awful smell. I recommend finding another authorized dealer in the same area.
ANTOINETTE CI have called and voice my concerns regarding this location multiple times today and the problem is still not resolved. I initially went to pick up this this truck and It was filthy with mildew and moldy protection pads in the back, old furniture was still inside of the truck and roaches not dead ones alive bugs and roaches. On top of that the truck had a stench like rotten meat.
JESSICA BThe truck was filthy and full of roaches. I had to clean it out to make use of it! No one reviewed the truck with me! They said I needed to leave it half full when I got it at a 1/4 of a tank! This was the most horrible experience I have every had!!!!
