I have called and voice my concerns regarding this location multiple times today and the problem is still not resolved. I initially went to pick up this this truck and It was filthy with mildew and moldy protection pads in the back, old furniture was still inside of the truck and roaches not dead ones alive bugs and roaches. On top of that the truck had a stench like rotten meat.

The truck was filthy and full of roaches. I had to clean it out to make use of it! No one reviewed the truck with me! They said I needed to leave it half full when I got it at a 1/4 of a tank! This was the most horrible experience I have every had!!!!

Wanda PThe location is not clear. The building has a hair braiding shop with a faded, handwritten sign that you cannot read. The lockbox locks are open or broken. It took us over an hour just to get the truck. They need new signs with the clear instructions and very large writing so that you’re not breaking your neck to look through a dirty window. Thanks to the lady in the hair braiding shop. She was THE MOST helpful than any U-Haul employee AND HER BRAIDS ARE ON POINT THAT GIRL’S HAIR CAME OUT SO ADORABLE!!!
