Llocation didn’t clean vehicle more windows. It would been helpful if they would have done so. Made me feel like they didn’t have a truck when called to verify that they would when asked to call. Then didn’t read time of appointment assumed it was noon. Had to call then wait for someone to show up for 10am appointment. If you have an issue with the people in the office they don’t want to help you.

Samuel LFirst of all, do not rent any trucks where AC does not work. That would have helped. I called Roadside assistance twice with no luck. I made a trip from Kansas to South Tx miserable in the heat. I would like a partial refund for this trauma.
