Arrived to drop off to a closed office (again), locked gate and no clear instructions on where to leave the rental. After 20 minutes on the phone with representative, I was instructed to leave the rental outside of the locked gate, along side the road. Again, very poor service and communication.

EDWIN LMaybe a sign saying where to park the equipment? As it was, I picked a good spot, and they quickly disconnected the trailer, and were going to park it themselves. That's good, since I couldn't see a good spot to put it. Very quick an efficient. Once I got in the door, I was driving away about three minutes later.
