Hard to even be sure we were in the right place. No office, no people, no signs- just a single U-Haul trailer in the parking lot of a grocery store and a small drop box for keys by the grocery store door. Please add some signs.

Nobody knew where to park the trailer or what to do to check in.
MICHAEL RBack tail light and brake light was out on truck on drivers side. I let the guy know when I returned truck. Maybe check these items before and after vehicles are rented. Otherwise very good experience using U Haul .
