The 2 people running this shop were really kind! The receptionist took the time to answer all my questions, and the mechanic was happy to make sure I felt confident attaching my car to the tow dolly, and also washed the windows before I left.

I needed a U-Haul full service store for trailer towing accessories. This location had nice people but minimal support for trailers.
Blake TI was told I could pick from a couple locations, and this is the one I chose, because it was close to where I had to drop off the vehicle I was towing. I was told it was open fir drop off until 8:00 pm, but when I got there on the later afternoon, there was a sign on the door that says they closed at 12:00 noon.
JASON LPick up and return was fast and only took a few minutes.
Russel BThe trailer that I picked up at bachelli had a tire there needed to be replaced, and they had an alternate trailer there. And they did not offer to swap out tires. Instead, they sent me back to the customer service center on Cyprus, which in result I had to stop in Red Bluff and get a new tire put on Dude.
