Key was not in correct lock box. I tried 3 other locations before having to select this one as a last resort. I was promised 100 extra miles due to uhaul changing to this location, yet was still charged for miles.

David TThis location charged my card 4 times what it was supposed to be. I got in contact with management and they did absolutely NOTHING to help. Avoid this location if you don’t want to get scammed. Terrible communication.
Hope MI really like the easy of the 24/7 pick up. The only issue is that I had to place my phone close to the building to get a cell signal.
