I would recommend this location only in a last resort need. The people were very friendly and helpful but I have rarely seen much equipment there for the offering! I chose them for my drop off location because they were the closest to my home.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIf no one is going to be in to rent a truck and everything has to be done on the app there needs to be internet to to do. Took me 45 mins to do what could have been 5 had I had service.

Gregori MThe parking lot was covered in ice and my fiancé fell. There was no cell service so I couldn’t do the mobile drop off. Also the locations address is misleading. It is listed as Reynoldsville PA but it is over 15 miles from Reynoldsville in the direction from which I came so I got charged extra miles because the drop off place that was recommended in the opposite direction of my destination. I am not happy with this experience at all.
