I dropped off early and was not advised in Kelowna of the hours of operation or approach should I need to do so or if there was a number to call for assistance and it was closed and gated when I arrived. Neither the U-Haul or website worked for me to confirm return despite repeated tries — the original order at enterprise way had been cancelled by U-Haul to accommodate my need for the 10 foot I ordered and therefore could not access the new booking U-Haul made at the other Kelowna location — leading to an addition charge for additional mileage. Further, I filled the truck up completely before return at a gas station about 1 km away and it read as full when I got out — yet I was still charged for additional gas which was extremely disappointing. I should have taken a photo but assumed since it was completely full that it would not be required. Between all of this and the relentless upselling throughout (having a dolly and carpets added to my original order without being requested), I will advise others to look elsewhere before renting a truck.

REMEDIOS CI dropped off in the same location at 9pm. Plate number AH25133
Daniel RAfter hours drop off. It was unclear where to park and took us a while to find the key drop (it was not near the door to the listed address). Cannot comment on the interior or personnel.
Marc SI arrived early to Twigg Pl. Richmond. Larry, smiling and well prepared,, directed me to the clean 20' Truck. Very easy to drive. Picked up goods in Vancouver. Dropped off goods on Saltspring Island. Returned to Topaz Ave.Victoria Met at door in Victoria by Uhaul rep.for drop off. No extra charges above quoted price. All good. regards, TJ
