The people at this location are amazing. They were very helpful and understanding. The only problem is I got charged an extra $25 for whatever nobody’s telling me what it’s for. But apparently when I went to drop off the trailer on time, the gentleman said it says you owe 24 something and I said no I don’t. It was paid in full. I’m early but you charged me anyway so I don’t know if it’s this location or simply Uhaul but I’m starting to realize Uhaul is nothing but garbage delays traveling two hours to get my trailer there and back only to find out I can’t even pick up my truck so nothing but problems with Uhaul not this location. These people are awesome.
