Had a great experience picking up trailer. The location was very clean and maintained. The trailer was already prepped for me to easily connect and go. The staff member assisting me was very nice and professional. I doesn’t get any better than that.

Mary EU-Haul should evaluate their road assistance. It is unbelievable to me that a rental company that focuses on do it yourself moving has no spare tires for any trailer or truck. If U-Haul is concerned about liability, they should be more concerned about leaving people on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. We were lucky we had service. But our experience with road side assistance was horrible. Our one hour help never showed. We had to contact U-Haul again while still in a bad location on the side of the road. After 3 hours we finally got help. Terrible experience with the U-Haul app and 1 800 number. Luckily no one was injured or vehicle collisions happened. What is even more upsetting is I have the training and the tools to perform this and other work myself. I was not given the authorization or opportunity perform this work. So it seems U-Haul is more concerned about their equipment than customers safety.
