How U-Haul Reviews WorkI originally ordered my haul days in advance at the location closest to my house. The day of the reservation, It was switched to another location causing me to drive an extra 15 miles round trip out of the way. I was late for my event due to this. There were 2 locations of U-Haul on the same street. I stood in line at the first one where they then told me my reservation was down the street at the other one. When I asked if they could move my reservation there because they had plenty of trucks and I was already there, they told me no. So I went down the street and when I got there they were closed for lunch and told me "there's a mother u-haul down the street". Where they had just turned me away from. I then had to wait another 20 mins to have this all sorted out and get the truck, Very inconvenient and had to pay more for the extra miles than I originally planned. I use U-haul at least once every couple months for work events and I have never had issues like this before.

Jeffrey DI did not agree with the amount of gas they said was in thtruck. It only had enough to cover 47 miles before it was empty. They had it down for a.ost half tank.
