The dirtiest, most odd U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. The place you have to go into to has animals in it, one of which roams free. There’s dander in the air and everywhere else (with open food on a counter). The staff you have to deal with is somehow worse. While the lady up front was mostly hospitable, her boss was rudely shouting from the backroom the entire time I was renting this vehicle. This experience threw such a wrench in my moving day and I will never be giving them business again.

James MHorribly rude, does not have proper equipment to process a smooth checkout, office is a shipping container filled with everything you can imagine plus 2 70 pounds dogs growling at you while you wait. I was asked to scan me ID and the scanning software was not working properly so we needed to manually upload the drivers license info but the clerk refused to hear my explanation. She was very aggressive and ask me to fetch my wife since the reservation was under my wives name. I brought my wife in and was glad to have her take over because I was starting to get upset with how the clerk was treating, me, her dogs, other guest. We finally got things cleared up something that should have taken 3 min took 30 min, and was more stressful than it needed to be.
