The very first location I went to the equipment had cockroaches in the back and they had to input all the info for me to get a truck because they couldn’t see what I had originally put in online. That took over an hour to get everything situated. Then that place sent me to this other place at 717 Tiffany Blvd. This trailer had some dirt all over the floor of the driver cab and a bag of trash behind the seat and some coffee sticky coffee residue and dirt on the seats. I cleaned all that up. Otherwise no bugs and the back of the trailer and it was very clean and smelled almost new.

raul cThe process to check in online via the app was poor especially the lack of cellular service made the check out process very cumbersome and time consuming. As well, the moving supplies I asked for were not included in the rental and I had to go to another uhaul location to get only half of what i requested. In addition, that process was also time consuming and cost me time moving my items to the final destination. I would never use uhaul again because of this significant inconvenience.
