There was barely any gas in the U-Haul truck then I dropped it off at 11:30 at night at the random gas station that I rented it from and they charge me an extra day try to say I dropped it off 12 minutes after midnight when I did not I already filed with the company a complaint to get my money back

DEBORAH AYour app sucks and the people at the gas station where I picked the truck up had no idea what they were doing. Getting things squared away took a literal hour, which pushed me over the time I had reserved the truck. Do better.
Jessica GIt is a bad idea to rent trucks from a connivence store. Too many customers buying milk and cigarettes, she could not concentrate on this task. Not her fault but it was frustrating. I am not very computer savvy and she was getting frustrated with me. The customers kept coming and she could not spend the time with me needed. She tried hard. They need at least two people if they are going to rent trucks. They did not have the low four wheel dollies that I ordered and acted like they have never heard of such a thing. Bad idea. Thank You
Mike PThe woman at the counter could not figure out how to use the ipad to check me in- I helped her but took 25 minutes. She was very nice so I didn't mind too much but then when I returned the truck 45 minutes past me 3 hours I was charged for an extra day and was also charged for the insurance that I had declined. I called and asked for a refund for those things and was only given a partial refund.
