The location was perfect but the communication on how to access the key was very ambiguous.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe verify my identity by calling a friend is ridiculous. No one answers their phone any more. Asking me to get my passport is also silly as I'm not at my house, carry it around or have a picture of it with me. The lock was difficult to open. The key was NOT in the designated place. I think I was charged twice :( I'll have to call. GODO thing - the customer service operator was extremely calm.
Sheila MThe cashier inside was helpful and friendly. The UHaul app didn’t upload or accept photos during pickup process.
jeremy rWill never pick up from this vendor again they were rude and made us do a new reservation which cut into over an hour of our rental time. The truck was really old compared to other trucks I’ve rented in the past
HUGO FIt took too long for approval and agents were not responding
