MICHAEL CAfter having a terrible experience at the U-Haul location of MLK and 94th Ave., North in St. Petersburg, Florida, Karen was a breath of fresh air. She took care of me and I had direct contact with her by her cell number at all times. I absolutely will use her again in the future.
