⭐ 1/5 — Poor service from start to finish. I read the bad reviews beforehand and still decided to give this U-Haul location a chance because I was trying to save money. I definitely regret it. The pickup process was terrible. The lock box was rusty and extremely hard to open. I called the office for help and received basically no assistance, and the person I spoke with was rude. It took me almost an HOUR just to finally get the lock open. Then, after all of that, the dolly I reserved and needed for my move wasn’t even inside the truck. To make things worse, after I returned the truck, U-Haul called me asking about the missing dolly—as if I had received it in the first place. Poor customer service, poorly maintained equipment, and no attention to whether the equipment you actually paid for is included. Moving is already stressful enough without dealing with this. Never again. I should’ve listened to the reviews.

randy bThe place hours were open and and sign said open but the door was locked. When I called they just said call uhal and hung up. The truck had madness issues and was little dirty.
